Advise and well-being
Your well-being is really important to us. Here are some guidelines to help you look your best. If you require further help speak with our specialist staff members at your appointment.

Nails
Weak brittle nails? Try builder gel (BIAB)
- BIAB can be applied on its own as an overlay or you can use it as a base and apply a gel colour on top, it will help to give your nails strength and help them grow while looking put together and classy and fabulous.
- You can use BIAB on natural nails and also for extensions too!
- It is important to use cuticle oil on your nails every night to keep your nail bed hydrated and to have regular manicures.

Brows
Tips for gorgeous brows
- avoid tweezing in between waxing sessions to get the best results
- brush your brows in place after having a shower to train them to grow into shape
- use conditioner on your brows to keep them hydrated post brow lamination.

Lashes
How to keep your lashes luscious
- Post lash lift and lamination use an oil to keep the brows and lashes hydrated
- Once you have had your semi-permanent lashes applied it is important you avoid getting them wet for 24 hours as the glue needs to fully dry, after this you can use a mascara wand to comb the lashes daily.
- If you wear make up around the eye area use a non- oily make up remover to remove the make up as the oil compromises the strength of the glue.
- If you get the lashes wet, it is important to use a Mascara wand to brush them out and dry.

Skin
Take good care of your skin, here are 5 tips for younger beautiful skin
- Remember that a healthy diet, sun protection, and managing stress can contribute to overall skin health.
- Cleanse your face in the morning and evening using the right facial cleanser for your skin type.
- When bathing, avoid using hot water as it can strip your skin of its natural oils and lead to dryness.
- Exfoliate your skin no more than twice a week. This removes dead skin cells and reveals fresh, soft skin.
- Use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser every day.
- Schedule monthly facials to deeply cleanse and nourish your skin to keep it looking it's best

Waxing
Properly taking care of your skin after waxing is essential to avoid irritation and maintain healthy skin.
Here are some tips for post-waxing care:
- Stay away from heat sources such as hot baths, showers, and steam baths for the next one or two days.
- If you’ve had areas like your bikini line or armpits waxed, be mindful of clothing choices. Avoid tight or abrasive fabrics that can rub against the freshly waxed skin.
- Exfoliation helps prevent ingrown hairs. Dead skin cells can block hair follicles, leading to ingrown hairs.
- Moisturise with Non-Comedogenic Products so that it won’t clog your pores.
- All skin is unique so speak with the therapist about what is best for you.
